5.4       Your user content must not be illegal , offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit or which promotes racism, hatred or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, lascivious, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, menacing, threatens the unity, integrity, security and sovereignty of South Africa or foreign relations with foreign states or contains software viruses or causes annoyance;

7.1.1      To the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
7.1.2      For any indirect, special or consequential loss; or

7.2 Liability

I hereby release Elizabeth Schneiter from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning my mental and/or physical well-being during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by filling out this form.

7.3 Scope of Practice

I understand that Elizabeth Schneiter is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnotherapy should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

7.4 Guarantee

I understand that although hypnotherapy has an incredibly high success rate, Elizabeth Schneiter cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that Elizabeth Schneiter has no control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself.

  1. Reasonableness

8.1       By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable;

8.2       If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

  1. Unenforceable provisions

9.1       If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.

  1. Breaches of these terms and conditions

11.1    Without prejudice to WFTC other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, WFTC may take such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

12.1    WFTC may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time;

14.2    If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
