I’m Beth, owner of Wildflower Transformation Coaching. I specialize in working with women who are at risk of stress and burnout by focusing on limiting beliefs and negative emotions.

I’m a certified transformation and life coach with a history of working in banking and finance at one of the largest global trading companies. I am also mom to my daughter Chloe’ so you could say a thing or two about stress and burnout.

Having lived in South Africa, London and Geneva, I am a global citizen and have experienced how different cultures “manage stress” differently depending on social conditioning and beliefs.

Does this course have a start date?

Yes, this is a guided course including group coaching. We will be starting on 6th April 2020 and finishing on 29th May 2020. This will only launch again one more time this year at the full price of $597.

How much time will I need to engage in the course?

To get the most out of the course you’ll need to spend around 60 minutes a week watching the videos, going through the workbook and trying the exercises. You will also need to set aside 60 minutes on a Thursday to attend the coaching calls. A replay will be available but to get the most out of the course, showing up live is recommended wherever possible. I know that we all have busy lives, and time can be an issue however putting aside 120 minutes for yourself a week can be done if you make space for it (we are also covering time management in Module 3!).

I am already burnt out and have been signed off from work, will this course still work for me?

If you have already been diagnosed by a doctor as being in the middle of a burn out then I would recommend you rather getting in touch to discuss my other Programme called Wildflower in Bloom.
