I specialise in working with driven women who are at risk of stress and burnout; empowering them to let go of the past, reconnect with themselves, and reignite their passion for life.
I’m a certified Transformation Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner with a history of working in banking and finance at one of the largest global trading companies. I am also mom to my daughter Chloe’ so you could say I know a thing or two about stress and burnout.
Having lived in South Africa, London, and Geneva, I am a global citizen and have experienced how various cultures “manage stress” differently depending on social conditioning and beliefs.

Working in the advertising and design industry for over 20 years and in corporate for more than 5 years, the constant pressures and deadlines of the hamster wheel left me feeling tired, run-down and depleted. I allowed the overwhelm to consume me. I was anxious, irritable and struggled to focus.
During one of the most stressful and emotionally challenging times in my life, I started changing the way I was feeding my body and I started practicing some powerful tools to help me get out of my mind and the thoughts that were sabotaging me. That’s when the entire game changed for me. I felt healthier, more efficient, calmer and more empowered than ever before!
This positive transformation in my own life inspired me to study nutrition after leaving the corporate world. And now, as a heath coach, I help busy professionals and entrepreneurs take control of their health, so that they can start thriving and living a richer, more balanced life.
